To former Governor Eliot Spitzer:

We understand your father, Bernard Spitzer, is gravely ill. It is with all due respect that we urge you as his legal guardian to settle the racial discrimination lawsuit pending against your father in which four African Americans were subjected to racial harassment and slurs in a luxury property owned by your father.

In the name of justice and your fatherŐs reputation, we urge you to settle this wrongful act and atone for your fatherŐs inappropriate and illegal behavior in 1999 when this act of discrimination occurred.
